DQ, what type of diet do you recommend since you have done the extensive research? What is your opinion of Gary Taubes' book, Good Calories Bad Calories?

Logically, Atkins does make a lot of sense if you think about what modern man has been eating for however many thousands of years we've been around. When making comparisons with tribes that are cut off from civilization, we must also think about all of the pollutants/chemicals and everything that's man-made which we come into contact with every day, effects of electronics, etc.
