I see no one has answered your questions. So, will step in just a bit here. Its a bit difficult to "prescribe" remedies without knowing more about you and your situations. I suggest checking out the book Bach Flower Therapy: Theory and Practice by Mechthild Scheffer. Twill give you enough information so you can make an informed decision on what may work for you. I use the Bach Essence remedies for both short and long term "issues." Also, use on my animals & plants. Seems to work. Its subtle but it does work (amazingly). I know I havent answered your questions directly...yet, do hope, I gave you a point in the right direction.
