Sure, you shouldn't need to put superfoods in a blender at all.
All you need is a good shaker bottle.
I usually shake it with some water and add a little stevia extract to sweeten it a bit. Or sometimes I get some fresh squeezed juices and mix some superfoods in there as well.

The high speed blades in the blender might actually harm the superfoods. Just shake it up and take it as you like!
