Okay Everyone...I can testify to the medical message therapist. After 3 years of around the clock, had to quit my job pain...I found her. I believe she is a huge key to healing...however, I still think we all need to be detectives and address the inflammation issues...I'm about to try a cleanse...eek! =) However...find a message therapist that is VERY experienced with Costo...after 3 months (yeah...mine is BAD!) mine has gone from a constant 7-8 on a 1-10 pain scale to a 4-5. One step at a time!
