here is the one I am goingt o use :

eat a light no fat breakfast
don't eat anything after 2:00 pm
6:00pm drink one serving of Epsom Salts (1 Tbs in 3/4 c water)
8:00pm drink another dose
10:00pm drink 1/2/c olive oil mixed with 1/2 c fresh sqeezed grapefuit juice
lie down immediately
next morning drink another dose of Epsom Salts and go back to bed
2hours later drink last dose of salts
2 hours later you may eat.but start with fruit juice...
then check the MODE >>> and good luck with the flush..many stones are bound to come..
