Hey cisco, this has been the case with many of my friends as well. For me, it was a case of 'do I want to stir up stuff and feel like crud for months on end', or ' do I just bite the bullet and have 1-2 weeks of serious crud, which then gets better'. I chose the latter.

On a side note, in a week or so, it will be the end of winter here. This will be the first winter in which I have not suffered any illness, in fact I have had no illness since starting on Iodine and companions. This is a record for me, and no trivial thing. :)
