Sorry to hear about your Dad.  I can understand the temptation to go to a Medium, but it can be tough to find an authentic one.  Stay away from any who want to charge you to cast a spell or remove a curse!  Not sure if this is your thing, but when I have health issues caused by spiritual reasons, I use the folks at Most Gifted Psychics.  They've provided me with the insight I needed to see where my life was out of spiritual balance, which then subsequently improved my health.  So, it can certainly be worth inquiring with a psychic.
