A long read, but a lot of the problems I'm having summed up.. by dfams1 ..... Ask Moreless: pH Balance

I sent this email to LD Di in reply to a post I missed about how NPNs may still be my main problem, and Di advised me to post it all on here.. I hope it can help others to understand better so that they can help me. The original thread I had started was about how I was under the impression that my poor digestion was getting worse because the alkalizing drink seemed to be too much for me to handle, amongst other things.

"I must've missed your reply to my thread about my digestive problems. I actually do get somewhat loose stools every morning, and have for quite a bit now. But I'm sure that's not because of the ES as I've gone without, and get the same result of loose stools at any given moment that I eat something that's very hard for me to digest, regardless of brix reading.

I also test everything I eat, and soak everything thats soakable in peroxide water, so even if low quality food was a problem how can it be NPNs if I'm soaking and cooking everything? But even that is not the case as, like I said, just about everything I eat is considered good quality even by morelesses past posts..

I'll give you a list however and see what you think..

The main things I eat are;
Apples 13-17% sharp
Cherries 18-22% sharp
Yams 14-16% fuzzy
Carrots 10% slightly fuzzy
Onions 8-10% slightly fuzzy
Brussel Sprouts 10-12% fuzzy
Lemons for the drink 8% sharp

and then I also drink the buttermilk and honey in small amounts 2-3 times a day and eat very little hard cheese.

I occasionally eat other things that I soak for twice as long (two days) like;

Snow Peas 8% sharp
Broccoli 5% sharp
and other random fruits that I find in season to be high quality at the time.

I am not doubting that NPNs are a problem, but I really can't see them being the main problem for me, especially since I'm eating better quality food than a lot of people on here who's posts I read that are still managing to get better from the alkalizing drink and baths alone. I am following every bit of moreless's protocol as exactly as possible AND eating decent to good quality foods.

But lately, as posted, I can't even handle the alkalizing drink in it's simplest mixture, and even the adrenal broth seems to be giving me trouble for some odd reason (which by the way HAS been made from some low quality foods that were soaked for a long time, because they're all I can find).

I've tried going without the drink for a week and my digestion has improved slightly, and kidney pain stopped, but now I'm hitting a wall again like I mentioned and not getting any further. However I'm sure if I started taking the alkalizing drink again, I'd probably feel better for a day, and then go back to the same problem of digestion halting, indigestion, and kidney pain as keeps happening when I drink it."

"I forgot to mention that I've also been monitoring my blood pressure and have yet to see anything I eat period make a real change in it. It's usually around exactly the same amount throughout the day.

I also test my saliva ph very frequently, only to determine that eating the same foods causes different reading for me depending on how bad my digestion is on that given day. If my stomach is working slightly better than normal (but still not great or even good), every last thing I eat out of the mentioned foods will give me a long lasting very high ph reading. But if my digestion is slow like normal, every last thing I eat will give me a short small boost in saliva ph then plummet, regardless of what it is.

I must ask you honestly though, with everything I've mentioned, all the qualities of foods, and soaking, and protocol measures and the Epsom Salts that are suppose to take care of excess NPNs do you really think NPNs are the problem? It just doesn't add up to me, but then again nothing does =/"

Any input at all would be appreciated, thanks.
