Too answer your question am I 'still in for the cleanses?' If Hv is correct and Liver Flushes are bogis - I'm wondering if stones are in the gallbladder, as I posted this a couple of years ago...

Stones come from somewhere. A lot of 'different things' and various looking stones have come out in liver flushing.... I have never done a Hudula Clark flush - The one I use is a different protocol.

However, I'm open minded and like taking the bitters. I hope this works better than liver flushing. We'll see... perhaps there is a place for each thing that makes sense.
