I have been told by one naturopath that I have an over worked kidney. I've started an overall cleansing diet.. macrobiotic style. I have recently started having pains on the arch and top of my foot and it seems to be a bit swollen. I didn't hurt it in any way.

I've been told by several sources this is a sign of kidney problems. One said it could be a kidney blockage. What can that mean? Does this mean kidney stones?

I am drinking herbal tea everyday with about 13 herbs and also Miso soup and brown rice and seaweed.

Any ideas or suggestions?
