Get a kit for yeast infection, put some cream in the applicator and see if after laying down for   it  may come down with the cream but make sure you are on your back while putting in the yeast cream. If that doesn't work put some more in at least 2-3 applicators full, and afterwards walk around, by the end of the day it should fall down but make sure you use a pad for your pants, or try duching while on your back with the legs up,  But see if your monthly may cause it to come down first, it may come down automatically  with the flow..
