Hi rachel,
I know what u mean. I've done about 10 cleanses, and i still keep getting the stuff out. Also i never got more than 30-40 in any of the cleanses. I guess the best indicator is, if all your allergies dissapear, and you get that healthy feeling. Then maybe do the cleanses at longer intervals. Me too, have this indigestion and acne. And it continues even after all this 5-6 months i've been on this cleansing schedule. Wonder how long it will take to cure permanently ! Sigh !
