If you want to get Essential Oils- look for some Purslane --which many consider a weed, but is actually edible and very high in Omega 3's! It is grown all over the U.S. and looks like a succulent type ground covering. It is actually a very attractive plant and the leaves taste great in salads.

We have it growing up in front of our workplace, so I am transplanting it in containers for my home-- because I know they will be weeding there soon and will uproot it and throw it away.
