This is EXACTLY what I want to experiment with. I know I'm eating right, know my colon is pretty clean and functioning with the TLC I'm giving it, know my stress levels and incoming emotional factors, etc, doing yoga, praying, taking calming herbs, etc. I'm pretty sure I'm just plain "there," and want to see what FF does for the hot flashes.

I have a hunch that with Natural Health/Healing we can extend our childbearing years/youthfulness/whatever you want to call it well into our late fifties. You know, Abraham's Sarah had a baby when she was 90. I've always kinda wondered if the Bible's "old" and modern day "old" were not the same age.

Anyway, I'll let you know on the FF after I make some. Thanks again for the recipe. I didn't think to check Tom's before I asked you.
