I'm not sure how I lost the last eleven pounds. The first five days of my fast I lost 28lbs. That is over five pounds per day. Afterwards I lost a pound one day and then the next nothing. Sometimes it took DAYS before I lose anything. Unfortunately I have no magical answer. :(
