Yo raider!! So good to hear your stories of success. I did the salt water flush too in the morning after and it sure helped!! But I did it out of instinct- did not feel like my lemonade drink (MC drink). But after the flush i was ready for the lemonade drink again! Felt as good after the flush as bad I felt before the flush- actually the good was better than the bad- I was so excited!!
