I would highly recommend starting with some colon hydrotherapy sessions, then follow the Andreas Moritz 's protocol in "The Amzing Liver & Gallbladder Flush" book.
**I would always follow the flush with a colon hydrotherapy session, as Andreas suggests. IMO, enemas will not rid the colon of the thousands of small stones that you will never know are there until you see them leave you through the glass viewing tube on the hydrotherapy machine! You will also be able to see any oil-slicks that are coming out, as well as what my therapist calls "black-river"...the sludge that comes out of the cecum. The hydrotherapy affects the peristaltic health of the entire alimentary canal, thus I have experienced my small intestine being stimulated and moving out a ton of sludge that would *never* have been moved out without hydrotherapy.
After my experiences with it, I will always follow-up a flush with hydrotherapy. If you leave thousands of tiny sharp stones in your gut, you can do serious damage, so I am told. At the very least, you can create an even more toxic bowel situation if they don't come out. One hydrotherapy session = 40 enemas. While I am a huge fan of enemas, there is no substitute for hydrotherapy with a very qualified practitioner. ( mine spent years working at Hippocrates in Puerto Rico )
BTW... Liver Cleansing is a long term project... do read Andreas' book !
wishing you the best...
