thank you again very much. What I was trying to do, was make a tincture each of Maca, ashwangha, milk thistle and hemp seed, as I was told these herbs would be great for my meno symptoms, (I'm 50) and also for my husbands arthritis. I've made alot of other tinctures for me and my husband, but these herbs are new. thought between the above and good vits/mins, I'd be covered along with trying to eat better. thank you again. Glad to know hemp oil tastes better, I was leaning toward that and after you said it was higher in omegas and tastes better, will buy that first. use the other tinctures and use the oil or seeds of hemp on food. ;)
