My asthma came back with a veangance and within a few days I was wheezig with every breath again.

Asthma stems from adrenal dysfunction. I posted all sorts of information on building the adrenals on the adrenal support board. Magnesium also helps as it works like a natural calcium channel blocker, so it relaxes the bronchioles. In fact asthmatics tend to be magnesium deficient. I recommend 300mg of magnesium citrate or malate 2 to 3 times daily. Avoid magnesium oxide/hydroxide.
