Hi Free2Day,

Your question: Question: What do you believe has allowed this blood pressure drop? End.

Response: It began happening after I followed your suggestion to take BlackStrap Molasses after each meal. I noticed my weird anxious feeling has left as well. So I believe what you've mentioned about the lack of oxygen throughout my body is the bases of my problems.

Also the suggestion to check my BP after each meal. That's working as well. Very shocking! I thought for sure some foods I've ate didn't do anything to me but surprise surprise. A little depressing but I am finding new and refreshing foods to replace the toxic stuff I was eating.

I had a blood test and it showed low hemoglobin and low hemocrit which mean I was approaching anemia and wasn't aware of it. The BSM is helping tremendously!
THANK YOU!

Question: How much Epsom salt did you take? End.

Response: I would say a tip of a teaspoon....

Wow! The meds causing my palpitations. What a dilemma! I will slowly take them in smaller doses since it is causing problems for my kidneys.

My levels in my kidneys use to be normal but now creatine is up and GFR is low. My liver bilirubin is high. My doc also found that my Vitamin D3 was way low. So she prescribed 1000mg per day.

I will try the epsom salt one more time but take a pinch. I'm soo loaded with sodium it isn't funny. After 3 months of abstaining from sodium salt, my levels are still at the top of the scale! So I need this epsom to help draw all that crap out of me!

Answer: If you are eating any prepared foods, like eating out, they most likely are overloaded with Sodium!

Only if all the foods you eat are home prepared from Fresh fruits and vegetables and you do not add salt may you avoid Un-natural Sodium overload!

If your urine is not clear, then you may need to drink more water and this may help your Kidneys and get rid of your High Salt index!

Cause and Effect!

Smile Tis your choice.!
