OK, Uny dear, I've managed to put off menopause symptoms pretty well until now, at almost 53 years old, with just doing what I could of the Incurables Program. But I definitely want to make a batch of Female Formula Tincture with the next lunar cycle if I can.

Are all of the herbs in the tincture equal parts? I don't think I have a recipe because till now I haven't needed one.

Schulze has a new video on his site about Female Formula (same recipe as Uny's). This is done, I believe, by his wife/partner. :) She mentions the importance of taking the Bowel Formula (Uny's IF #1 and @2) with the Female Formula/Tonic. I can confirm that I definitely have a rougher time with my cycle when I've ever skipped my Bowel Cleanse work. It's uncanny. But, as Uny has said often, everything is all squished up together in there, and it makes sense that if we ladies are constipated, our uteri just can't function as well as when we are all nice and clean inside.
