Can't kefir be purchased at the super market? I'm lactose intolerant and I've been taking lactaid. What are these Bitters you are talking about? I take B-Complex and it helps me especially working the night-shift. is it another form of vitamin B? And you says it detoxes? Explain Please, I'm going to be starting school again on the 24th so I need all the help I can get as far as energy is concerned because I'll still be working but part time.
