BTW, the reason that i was sick for over 20 years is that I was thinking like you are now: wanted a quick solution, to change as little as possible, a shortcut, a "magic pill". That approach is doomed to failure in the log run. Sooner you wake up to this, sooner you can return to real quality of life!!!
