I am taking the zinc, drinking kefir and am starting the bitters tonight. I cannot tolerate any store bought B vitamin supplement so I have been mixing about 3 Tbs of rice bran in water and drinking it...is this enough? I am not feeling any better yet and have been doing this regimen for weeks. I am hoping the bitters are the magic key, but want to make sure I am getting enough B vitamins in my diet.
