i think changes for better or worse during pregnancy can throw a wrench in things. i think supping Iodine while pregnant is a great idea. i wouldnt change a thing at this point. any amount under 50mg should keep detox at bay and allow the process to go forward normally.

i dont know if youre lucky or smart or blessed by god or all three. i am happy for you.
