I've been drinking urine all day until sunset - not after as I can't sleep - for 10 days now, and I'm having constant diarrhea. Do you think I'm taking too much? I don't mind the diarrhea if it is just how my body deals with detox, as I'm mainly at home these days. But I wonder if I should reduce the amount of urine I drink.
