if you have candida then wouldn't The Master Cleanse be a bad idea anyway? i say this because it uses maple syrup for calories?

i would not look too much into the whole throwing up the juice thing.i don't think it is unusual to throw up after drinking a juice containing garlic cloves and onions.

personally i would advise against using too many products at one time as this makes it hard to see what is working and what is a hindrance.try one or two things at a time and try to stay positive.
