Well said Dameon. CureZone has really helped me. It has opened my eyes to lots of ideas. However I trust no-one, least of all people who make themselves out to be health gurus. Not that everything they say is wrong. The main reason I don't trust them is they will never admit to being wrong, even when you catch them out.

If someone makes an interesting suggestion, I will research it as best I can by myself, primarily by looking for supporting scientific evidence. I think 90% of what one reads on CureZone is well meaning rubbish, 9% is useful, while 1% is gold. The challenge is avoiding all the fools gold.
