Which if this is all true, really makes one reconsider the value in trying to constantly strive for alkalinity.

Well I guess I would fit that criteria! I have been actively and knowingly alkalizing for 5 years(testing with pH stix etc.). Using minerals and growing my own chemical free foods for fifteen years.
I was diagnosed with viral hepatitis in 1972 and have not tested positive in over ten years.
At 60 years of age I have more energy then I did when I was thirty and havent had a cold or any other ailment in years.

So I myself find great value in actively persuing an alklaine body! One would think this type of information would be met with enthusiasm. What's with this place called Curezone, besides a lot of confusion from what I'm seeing here.
