If it is an issue with bone spurs, DE or a silica supplement will help. I have very flat feet, born that way, it runs in my family (no pun intended). I find that vibration therapy helps with circulation, and with any soreness, it also helps increase bone density and lymphatic drainage, (poor lymphatic drainage can cause swelling and pain in the feet).
