I would do another dose of Epsom Salts and two hours later do the cleanse. I have done them after I ate and it went well. The worst thing is you might have trouble holding down the oil. Just do half a cup.
Better get out there and get your lemons or grapefruit. Also, if you work tomorrow you won't want to go in until at least noon.(unless you bring your desk in the washroom and use the toilet as your chair. HA HA)
