The pain migrates. Sometimes it's been more in the heel, now it's more on the front and around the ankle, it's never got to the toes though. It feels like a bone or joint thing, no muscles. It's not hot or numb. When I walk it increases, but it's there in less measure also when I don't. I get very restless when I have to stand up for long, and I have flat feet, and this could indicate there's some plantar fascitis, but it feels like there's also a non-mechanical factor.
I've never tried any anti-inflammatory, but a few months ago I did a few days of master cleanse and my feet suddenly felt better, it was quite remarkable in fact, nothing that I had done before had so clearly shown a change. Unfortunately I'm really bad with fasting. Anything to do with the lemons maybe?
The pain has come up after my trip to Mexico, where I stayed around 8 months. I might have not hydrated properly there, also considering the various diarrheas and the hot weather, I was mainly in Oaxaca which was in severe draught.
Another track is that after Mexico I found myself incredibly deficient in vit.B, maybe due to the diarrheas, which I had also previously, in Norway. So maybe there's something disturbing my colon, can it have anything to do with it?
I never noticed any link between the pain and Sugar intake, but last month I drank coffee for 2 weeks - i don't normally drink it - and it did very bad to the feet. Now I'm back without any coffee or tea.
