Eat a healthy Diet and make sure your inner body is working correctly.

Seborrheic Dermatitis is a fungus and has connectivity with a low immune system.

Watch your body when you feel scratches, that is a sign that it is bad for your dermatitis.

And check for any allergic products you are using.

I would recommend moisturizing your body internally, by drinking plenty of water.
Nothing but water, nothing but vegetables.

A filter would be good, but if you can't afford that, just drink water.
