Do you have trouble sleeping?

If so, would you be interested in participating in a treatment study?

We are researchers based in the Department of Psychology at U.C. Berkeley and are currently running a study to investigate treatment approaches to insomnia. None of the treatments are drug treatments.

Participants must be at least 25 years old.

The U.C. Berkeley campus is accessible via BART from San Francisco, Oakland, Albany, Walnut Creek, Fremont, and the Peninsula.
