I am thinking about cleansing my liver because of my many candida symptoms and chronic problem with pellet stools. I am looking for advice on what is the safest/most effective method. I have been on the Candida diet for a month+ 1/2. I currently take kefir/cal+magnesium,prbiotics,Multi vitamin and rotate coconut oil/oregano oil,grape seed extract pills.Any advice would be awsome:)
