What baffles me is how you are NOW strongly against people writing about alternatives. But months ago it was considered passe to be a purist and to request alternative fasts to be forward to weight lost or general.

People should make up their minds and stick with it.

I am saving your comment for the next time someone gets huffy about my request to keep alternatives to other communities.

There have been pleanty of times I have express my distaste in people using the term fasting loosly. Yet many bend the rules when it is to their benifit.
