Thank you for your comments pepe, which are appreciated more than you will know.

I am unable to calculate the number of unselfish and dedicated hours I have worked over the last couple of years, in trying to educate everyone into a healthier lifestyle: this includes the subject that I am most fond of........water-fasting, which saved my own, and countless of other lives, within the last 150 years.

A life-changing method/experience based on Natural Law that is common to all, and which should be more widely known and practiced.

It is disheartening to witness the frivolity of others in their approach to a very serious subject, and which Shelton himself described as "The Science and Fine Art of Fasting", and who was, and is, the most experienced qualified fasting supervisor of all time.
