In my opinion, your cross-posting
to Water Fasting was inappropriate.




If you wanted to post on Fasting for
Weight Loss using a sugar-free aspartame
laced drink as your cleansing agent...well,
more power to you. I stand with Chris in
asserting that those wishing to fast using
water need a sacrosanct place to discuss
their issues.

Get over it....

Please, would some moderator hide this
cherry Aspartame fasting thread which is not
appropriate in the Fasting with Water forum??
