Someone said to cleanse your liver before your adrenals..
IF YOUR ADRENALS ARE VERY WEAK, DOING CLEANSES WILL MAKE IT WORSE..
I had not read down below..
You need to treat your adrenal fatigue first, and THEN the thyroid..
when that is all fine and balanced THEN you detox.
Doing things backawards only makes people sicker!
