Your welcome Willow! I know the cayenne will help! You want to hit the headache hard when it starts. Sometimes I re-dose if i'm not relieved fairly quickly. I had a bad migraine this weekend, probably the worst i've ever had and the cayenne helped most when I followed it up with a coke. I think the caffeine mixed with the cayenne did the trick on that one. I know caffeine can trigger migraines but in this instance mixed with the cayenne (not literally in the same cup) it worked. I have had some bad headaches before but this one was horrible! I can't tell you how happy I was when it was gone!

Hawthorne berry is my next purchase from Uny. The arrhythmia's are my big problem but i've also maintained a SAD diet for too long so i'm sure Hawthorne will be well needed!

I'm glad the cayenne tip for the migraines was helpful! BTW, doesn't Uny make some great herbal concoctions? She is a blessing and i'm so glad that I found her!
