I have had Small Fiber Neuropathy for almost 3 years. My freezing pain was so bad I felt like my legs were sitting in a bucket of ice. The pain was almost constant. I was diagnosed at the Cleveland Clinic with a skin biopsy finally last December. Mine is sensory only and length dependant. Mine is ideopathic - I'm not diabetic, and have been tested for each and every underlying cause.
