im going to do a strict Water Fast for 1 week if i can. i have a feeling this is caused by something food related such as a protein or a starch. I feel this because when this started for me i had been working at pizza hut and eating pizza everyday for a months,who wouldnt, it was free. they do put high gluten in the pizza so maybe its gluten related. wish me luck
