Yep, the two names indicate the same flush. If you flush from the gall bladder (which goes first), stones then have a chance to migrate down from the liver. It's all the same work, but in different phases. It can take 10-20 flushes with a supportive diet and lifestyle to get to the last ones in the liver. You have more than two in the GB ... probably hundreds of smaller ones that are in a congealed mass.
Go heavy on preparation (malic acid, etc.) and the flush will get you some results. Not necessarily the largest stones first though. You need to do some dissolving of the cholesterol bonds with the malic acid over time.
