First of all I am not fasting to lose weight, SIR. I am very slim thank you. You may have been here five years, but that seniority did not teach you manners. Also, being here for that long you should know that the difference between fasting and starving is not whether you are comfortable or not. Where did you read that? Shelton? I doubt it. He as many others talk about the discomfort that people feel in their first week. So, please you can do both of us a favor by leaving, and this time for good--no need for a yearly check-in.
