What order should i take stuff first thing in the morning.

I want to take the kefir, bitters, and the herbal mix i blended. So you say herbs 20 mins before eating. Can i still take the bitters just before a meal. Do i take the kefir before the herbs? I thought kefir was the first thing i should take.

So kefir, then herbs, but then my stomach is not empty.

I'm confused..lol
