What is the difference between fasting and starving? The main difference is that a starving person is anxious, hungry and uncomfortable. A fasting person is comfortable, feels great and has no hunger.

i will leave you with this as my last post..whenever i come on the Water Fast i end up arguing with people who think they are fasting..but what i know is that you may have been here 5 or 6 months..and bravo for that..but i have been around 5-6 years doing this holistic thing and i will be here when you come back in 10 years to get some advise on losing weight thru fasting...and i will still be here telling you that you still dont get it. good day
