i am new here here! i have been on this site before checking out cures. i have been interested in bach remedies for quite some time. i got a lot of emotions that i need to work on. for example, fear of speaking (fear of anything), shy & no confidence, anger, hardly happiness, learning to say no and mean it, worrier, always seeking advice/approval from others, always depressed, and a lot of other things.

i'd like 2 do a combination of these flowers for my emotions. how long should u do this to see results? what is the recommendation?
