I'm not absolutely sure your arguments are valid. You're entitled to your observations, of course, but since I have no confidence in doctors at all, and shun all medical intervention in my life, the fact that a raw foodist is not a doctor is a considerable plus to me. Not to everyone, but to me certainly.

I eat 100% raw food. I am completely healthy and thin - I have lost 10lbs on the diet in the past month, and have easily found myself a balanced diet within all that's on offer. I sleep better, think and live better, and feel better than I have ever felt, possibly since being a small child.

I was open to the opposite. If the diet had proved itself unworkable or detrimental, or if I'd felt ill or put on catastrophic amounts of weight, believe me I'd have quit at once. But all the promises of this diet have come true. It is wonderful. Actually, perhaps I should write a book about it.
