Yes you can decrease the water/seeds ratio as you want. Find your own favorite recipe. The important thing is that your hair will be getting minerals from the black cumin seeds, and that is the important thing here.

I just ordered black cumin seed oil. I am expecting it sometime next week. I will start using this oil on my hair/skin again.
