Thank you. I will stick to my water only fasts with no stevia. It seems it is better to fast on water only, even if it means a shorter fast, than to add a sugarless food like stevia. And for folks who cannot go longer than a few days on water only, and do need to go longer, there is always The Master Cleanse or juice fasting. I agree everyone has a right to their own choice. After all, no one is the boss of another here. We all just share our ideas and hope we can help each other.
